Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for refund under the following conditions:
  • Items returning must be sent with their original packing slip or order confirmation within 30 days of the date you receive it.
  • The item must be returned to receive a refund and must be in new condition in a clean, unopened original package.
  • If the item has been opened, damaged or you do not have the original packing slip or order confirmation, please contact customer service at 1-800-265-8170.

Note: If your item is returned without the original packing slip or order confirmation, a refund may be denied. For used vacuums in need of service repair, please contact one of our authorized service centers in your area. (See: Shop-Vac Service Center list)

Only items purchased from shopvac.ca can be returned to Shop-Vac of Canada. Shop-Vac products purchased at other retailers or web stores must be returned to their original point of purchase. If a promotional item was included with the original purchase it must be returned to receive a full refund. If you would like to keep the promotional item, the value of that item will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item from shopvac.ca. The following charges and items are non-refundable, shipping charges, gift cards, final clearance items, and items sold “as is”.
